In today's world and its production of identic and impersonal wines, Pico Cuadro as a handcraft winery represents a heroic gesture declaring its values in contrast to “just in time” elaboration.
The commitment to a more painstaking and time-consuming way of working is also a commitment to creativity, talent and the time-honoured craftsmanship of the skilled hands that carry out the richness of the soils.
The objective is to express the individual character of each vineyard through the wines, delivering a real taste of the local terroir with maximum purity and individuality.
Pico Cuadro winery is located in the “Golden Mile” of the Ribera del Duero region, which spans 22 km between Quintanilla de Onésimo and Peñafiel in north-central Spain. The area is recognized globally for its prestigious vineyards, wineries and of course wines.
