The vision of this small, deeply renovated family winery, located in Quintanilla de Arriba, is to put effort into a good elaboration. A very controlled production. Know-how, transmitted from generation to generation.
Tasting
EYE: Intense red, with purple reflections, high intensity and brightness.
NOSE: We find several layers of aromas which create a complex high quality wine. The first is full of fruity sensations such as blackberry, forest fruit or blueberries. In the second layer we find typical notes of the variety such as licorice and spices given by its passage through the oak barrels like cinnamon, vanilla and cloves.
MOUTH: The sensation of unctuousness takes over the mouth with a fruity aftertaste and a fine tannin of a well-matured red grape. Adequate acidity gives it a long and honeyed refreshing touch, leaving at the end the sensations of minty chocolate typical of its aging in wood.
