A varietal wine, made with 100% Verdejo grapes, from 22 years old “Finca Paulino”.
The climate of the area is continental with Atlantic influence that forces the vines to strive in search of water, deep through the different soil strata, which
are reflected in nose and mouth.
Once the grapes reach the point of optimal maturity, the harvesting process takes place manually in 15 kg boxes. This is followed by a cold maceration, pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks.
This wine seeks to honor the Verdejo variety, fresh, elegant and very sophisticated.
Tinta de Toro
This wine is produced with grapes of the Tinta de Toro, from "Finca Venialbo".
A clayey limestone soil on intact bedrock. The 100% organic viticulture, together with the south-east orientation and altitude of about 800 meters, results in a wine with extremely special features.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, harvest by hand in one go. Made only with the free-run (or drained) must after a one-day maceration.
This wine with fruity nose, pomegranate color, and intense in palate is conceived as a light red wine gathering freshness and presence in mouth.
